The Stratford Scribes is a group of Fairfield County writers serious about the creation and publication of their craft. The group meets in Stratford, Ct. and owes a philosophical debt to Roberto Calas for both the tone and format of the meetup. Welcome to Staten Island writers! Meetups will start with a writing prompt which members will have 20 or so minutes to write. They will then be read, but this isn't obligatory. Afterwards, we will review someone's writing and take turns offering them constructive feedback.
