Columbia Writers is a group of dedicated writers and authors from all over Maryland. While many of our members focus on YA, kidlit, and children's genres, we welcome all genres. We meet regularly to exchange critiques of our writing, collaborate on writing projects, and host workshops or author meets. As a group, we've completed one anthology and are working on a second. Join DC Children’s and Young Adult Writers for shop and market talk, social activities, critique, beta opportunities, conference field trips and support for those enduring query letter/submission round hell. We are focused on the children’s and young adult fiction market, but all writers are welcome.
